Roadblocks to Principalship
Using the model of Spiritual Conversations, Vice Principals will be lead through conversations with colleagues about the main challenges and barriers that they believe are causing educators to become hesitant about becoming school principals. This session, available to High School and Elementary School Vice Principals is an important conversation in understanding what the challenges are and what we might be able to do about it.
A light breakfast will be provided.
